Note that because this site is not secure, participants should not use confidential information or codes (e.g, credit card numbers, social security numbers, etc.) in the registration process. Comments and other identifying information, including the users’ identity, will be public. However, email addresses will be kept confidential. Also note that email addresses used for participant registration can only be used once. This means that if a participant is submitting comments for a group and also wishes to submit comments as an individual, a different email account must be provided at registration.
