Public Comment Solicitation Program

This purpose of this website is to secure comments on items initiated by the American Psychological Association Public Interest Directorate. We look forward to receiving your comments.

In order to submit public comment, participants must first register. Registration requires the participant to use an email address, and to develop a password. Note that because this site is not secure, participants should not use confidential information or codes (e.g, credit card numbers, social security numbers, etc.) in the registration process. Comments and other identifying information, including the users’ identity, will be public. However, email addresses will be kept confidential. Also note that email addresses used for participant registration can only be used once. This means that if a participant is submitting comments for a group and also wishes to submit comments as an individual, a different email account must be provided at registration. Viewing of documents requires Adobe Acrobat Reader which is a free download.

By registering on this site as a participant, you hereby grant APA a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, copy, display, print, reproduce, and/or transfer to any media your name and comments for any and all purposes. You hereby agree that your comments and any identifying information contained therein, including your name, with the exception of your email address, will be available for public viewing. You agree to not use confidential information or codes in the registration process. Do you accept the terms and conditions of this agreement?
